My story
I have been interested in the importance of psychological, emotional and spiritual health for as long as I can remember and been passionate about personal development for over 20 years.
In that time I’ve learnt that if we work and give from the heart with self-awareness, we can achieve great things together.
It’s my privilege to support practitioners, teachers, guides, mentors and community leaders who are giving to others, so that they can operate at their best and reach as many people as possible looking for help.
With over 17 years in advertising and marketing communications, I’ve worked with major brands like Ford, Jaguar, BBC, Virgin Media, and RAC. But, what really lights me up is working with heart-centred businesses, conscious organisations, and individuals who want to make a difference.
Blending strategy, creativity, and deep understanding, I help my clients communicate their message with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Beyond my professional experience, I’ve trained as a coach, and lived and worked as part of the coaching team at a mindfulness, therapeutic centre in Thailand, supporting others on their journey of self-discovery.
I’m also proud to serve as a non-executive board director for Big Sis,
a CIC that empowers young girls and non-binary children in their relationship with themselves and with others.
I’m based in York, but my clients span the globe. When I’m not helping ‘helping others to help others’, you’ll find me working on a miniatures craft project, doodling a new illustration, watching some SCI-FI, delving into personal development, or exploring the beautiful Yorkshire countryside with my partner Anthony and our little dog, Obi.
